Returns

The goods can be exchanged for others, or returned within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

To make a return, the goods must meet the following requirements:

The goods must not be worn or used, the goods must not be damaged, the labels must not be removed, the goods must be in their original packaging.

In order to return or replace the goods, they must be returned to our address.

The return rules do not apply to lingerie.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

After returning the product, we will return the money to you or replace the product with another within 3-5 working days from the delivery of the goods.
